Winter projects: Tenants Edition

While the cold autumn crisp air sets in, we know that winter is swiftly approaching. More time will be spent indoors, avoiding the typical Seattle downpour, which means that it’s time for some winter projects!

Here are some of our favorite indoor projects for tenants :

1. Organize: Laundry piling up? Here’s a great way to control that clutter!

2. Re-decorate: Some landlords don’t allow tenants to paint the units that they live in.  BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t add generous splash of color with furniture/rugs/paintings/prints to add a vibrant excitement in your home!  Here’s some great ideas that we like:
