MOVE-IN COST: -Security deposit and last month's rent required, and both can be paid over six months. If it is outside of Seattle, it needs to be paid in 3-months

LEASE: Lease term is 12 months

-All rentals are strictly non-smoking

PETS: Pet(s) considered on a case by case basis. Pet rent and screening via petscreening.com required.
