Beth is a highly experienced Real Estate Professional with over three decades of expertise in managing all aspects of Multi-Family Residential communities, Mixed Use communities, and Commercial buildings, including Class "A" and "B" portfolios, throughout the Seattle Metro Area. Her extensive experience has enabled her to become an operational "superstar," building positive relationships with her teams and serving as a trusted advisor for her clients. This has resulted in consistently meeting or exceeding client and ownership's NOI and ROI expectations, as well as achieving leasing up and velocity goals.

Beth is proficient in using various property management software, including Yardi, Yield Star, LRO, Ops Technology, Real Page products, Rent Manager, Avid, Excel, CRM products, Appfolio, Zinspector, and Microsoft Office. She is also familiar with the MFTE program with the City of Seattle and Shoreline and their reporting expectations. Driven and motivated, Beth continuously seeks to learn about her portfolio and marketing/pricing trends to benefit her client's best interests.

In her personal time, Beth enjoys several outdoor activities and cherishes moments with her husband and three beautiful granddaughters.
